Cicely Reed and Jermeller Steed are now in police custody following reports of the two waterboarding, (Simulate drowning)  an elderly woman nearly two years ago. It’s unknown why it took the co worker two years to come forth. Waterboarding is or was commonly used in the interrogation process, but has been ruled torture by the United States government.  Dick Cheney faced intense scrutiny over his knowledge of the ongoing practice of  ”enhanced interrogation methods” applied when questioning terrorist.

According to the Huffington Post, the women were responsible for the care of an 89-year old woman in a nursing home. Allegedly  the two caregivers got into an argument with the elderly woman over ice-cream. Later they detached a shower head and sprayed it in her face impairing her breathing.
